We just ordered food from Nicky's and all my food was cold. I live 3 minutes away. We called and talked to the owner and I could hardly get a word in. She started no one has ever complained in 23 years she has been there. I feel like we all trying to support our local business and we should not have to received cold or missing items. I've been going here for decades and have had problems before. There food is super good, but not when you get it cold when you just paid for your order.

I’ve always loved this place. Great pizza puffs, gyros, hot dogs, and big baby’s. Can I recommend poppy seed buns for the Chicago style dogs?

Tryed this place for the second time and I’ll be honest, both times the food was bad.gyros were dry and had no taste figured we would try for a second time maybe thinking everyone has a bad day, we just tryed the hotdogs and it was just as bad as the first time tasted like water bun hard asked for extra peppers and got two and Iam sure they charged me for extra fries were cold and bland so sorry to say won’t be a third

Growing up in Lockport Nicky's has never disappointed. It's still one of my favorite places to eat at to this day. Gyro plate is always my go to, the staff is super friendly and welcome to help with anything you need. Never had a problem with waiting too long for food and it's always hot. Possibly the only negative thing I have to say about this place is the parking lot is small, so the drive through can only be about 4-5 cars long.

Customer service was great from every employee there! Food was really good and fast service. Great job everyone. Highly recommend.

Great little place for a quick bite and prices are fair. They have all your typical American, hot dogs, pizza puff, gyros, etc.

I spent 17 dollars on 2 beef sandwiches and 1 small fry and an onion ring. I asked for some extra beef au-ju on the side, and was told that I could buy it for .50 cents. Really? Beef was OK at best; a little salty. Onion rings were good but a smallish portion for the price. I am putting Nicky's Gyros in Lockport on my "Never Again List." Mainly because of the extra juice thing. I mean c'mon, it's only juice.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we have a splendid evening. highly recommended.

The gyro platter was delicious! There was enough meat and fries for two people. We asked for extra sauce and the cups were generous. The young lady who took our order was professional. When we requested one of our drinks be mixed with two choices she did so with a smile. I would definitely go back when I am in Lockport!

Never had a bad meal here. The service is great and everyone is nice and friendly. Not bad for a small quick bite place.

It's gone way down hill in the past 6+ months. The fried foods always taste burnt. I wonder if they ever change their grease?!

Excellent food, quick, easy and affordable. One of the greats for this type of menu. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Wish they had one closer to where I live. Try the gyros, absolutely one of my all time favorites.

Great food, but I don't like how they charge you a fee if you pay with card.

Service wasn't bad, the food was O.K., It seems like their prices are more expensive then other places. Napkins are small and they don't give you enough of them even if you ask for more.

Paddy melt was tasty, cheese curds are yummy, French fry with cheese spot on , shrimps small but good. Great experience overall , would come back for other tasty options on the menu !!

Ordered white cheddar cheese curds and an Italian Sausage Sandwich. Price was reasonable. Was drive-thru only. It did not take too long. I got my food, and saw a nice big cheese curd, and bit into it. IT WAS COLD! The rest of the cheese curds were fine, and so was the sandwich. I'll be back, because they have good food.

We love to go out. Yesterday we visited this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with delicious dishes and a nice stuff and a talented cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will no doubt return soon. We deeply recommend.

Food was good, price a little high for the amount of food that you get.

Was in the area and googled food near me, this popped up at the top of my results so took the 3mile drive. When I got there the parking lot was near empty and we thought it was closed. It was however open, we ordered our food right away and took about 10 or so mins to have it ready. My chicken sandwich was okay, nothing bad nothing great. The fries were bland to me, although others with me disagreed and liked them. Everyone's food was also okay. This is a nice area joint for some fast food. I wouldn't make this a destination visit for me or take another 3 mile drive for it but it I'm in the area I might give it another shot. Also has a drive thru window for those now wanting to come out the car. Cashier staff seemed a bit "reserved" when taking our order but polite. Price point for the food was a tad higher then I'd expect for a fast food place like this.

Food is fantastic and the staff is so friendly! Wide menu selection and all the products are prepared wonderfully.
